DataXgenAI
AI Data Intelligence Platform

Ask once, and your data does the rest.

DataXGen AI turns your data into intelligence and action. The Operator reads your orders, invoices and files, builds the board, shows where things are heading and writes the report, and AI agents keep watch in between. Every number is traced to your rows, and nothing changes until you say yes.

How the Operator works

From your data to an answer, in four steps.

Your files and apps fill your workspace. The Operator only reads what you're allowed to see, works every number out from your own rows, and asks before it changes anything.

Files and scans

Files in. Rows out.

Drop a spreadsheet, a bank statement or a phone photo of a receipt. The Operator reads it, puts each row where it belongs, and marks anything it isn't sure of.

  • Excel, CSV, PDF statements and photos
  • A line it can't read clearly is flagged, never guessed
  • Nothing is saved until you confirm the import

Trends and outlook

See where it's heading, and why.

Trends are read from your own months, and the outlook says what is likely next with its range and the reason in one sentence. Ask "is cash enough for the next 90 days?" and the answer comes from your rows.

  • Trends fitted on your own months, not a template
  • The range is always drawn, never hidden
  • Every number traced to the rows it came from

Documents and reports

Reports that stay right later.

Write with live numbers inside the sentences. When you issue it, it becomes a numbered, sealed copy that nobody can quietly change: ready for the bank, the board or a buyer.

  • Invoices, statements and reports from your records
  • Issued copies are numbered and locked
  • Export to PDF or Word, in your brand

You stay in charge

Nothing changes until you say yes.

The Operator suggests; you decide. Every change shows what it will do before it does it, records who approved it, and can be undone in one click.

  • Suggestions appear in place, marked as suggestions
  • Every change names who made it
  • Undo anything, anytime

Members and permissions

Share exactly what each person needs.

Give your accountant the books, your floor manager one collection, and a partner a single Space. Each person sees only what they hold, and access ends the moment you revoke it.

  • Roles per Space, per collection or per document
  • Invite by email; they accept with one link
  • Firms keep every client's books apart

Plain words

Ask the way you'd ask a colleague.

Use your own names for things. However you phrase it, the same question gets the same answer, traced to the same rows.

What it runs

Any team. Any data.

Start with one Space for what you do: from an Excel sheet, a bank statement or the app you use today. Grow it as the business grows.

Questions

What people ask first.

Do I have to build anything?

No. Write what you want to know and the Operator lays out the board. You can move or change anything it made, or ask it to.

Can I bring my Excel sheets?

Yes: Excel, CSV, PDF bank statements and photos of receipts. Each import shows you the rows before anything is saved.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It can't change your data without your yes, and every change can be undone. Numbers are computed from your rows, never written by the AI.

Is my data kept apart from other businesses?

Yes. Each workspace's records are separate, and people you invite see only the Spaces, collections or documents you share with them.

Can I connect the tools I already use?

Yes. Bring Excel, CSV and PDF statements or photos of receipts, or connect Gmail. Everything lands in your workspace, and every import shows you the rows before anything is saved.

Can my accountant or my team use it?

Yes. Invite them by email and choose exactly what each person can see and change.

Start with one question.
