Files you upload are checked before anything is processed, and a problem file is refused with a clear reason instead of failing silently.

Documents can be shared with a private link. Invite people by email and choose exactly what each person can see — a whole Space, one collection, or one document.
Switch between your workspaces from one menu
If you're part of more than one workspace, switching between them now takes one click, with a clear label for which one you're in.
